Yoga Bikram was actually initiated by Bikram Chaudhuri who was the brother of Paramahansa Yogananda. This yoga consist of a series of twenty six poses in a very heated room which about a room temperature of 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Yoga Bikram basically aims at the detoxifying of the body along with the help of synchronized yogic movements and breathing.
