Kundalini may be explained as a positive energy which is aroused by the loving and optimistic attitude. This force maintains our attempt of the freewill. It is not necessary that Kundalini meditation suits every individual, but this form of meditation is surly worth to explore. When you practice this form of meditation, you naturally enhance Kundalini and your mind gets energized in order to perform loving actions and thoughts.

If you wish to start with this form of meditation, then the very first step which needs to be followed is to sit comfortably cross legged on floor or on a chair. Then close the eyes and fold your hands and place them in the lap. Now, begin the breathing exercise in order to clear and calm your mind. Once your mind gets peaceful then start thinking of loving a person who is in your life. All these thoughts of loving will arouse the kundalini and your body will get rejuvenated by peacefulness of kundalini meditation. This transformed energy will be available once your body is activated and reawakened from this form of meditation.

When you practice Kundalini meditation, you have to pay attention to the breathing process and also observe if there is any tightness in the muscles. Breathing very deeply will enhance the oxygen supply to your brain and also increase your energy. The lethargy or sluggish feeling may be due to the oxygen deficiency. Thus, kundalini meditation will make you feel very active. You may wish to spend some time concentrating on the relaxation of the tense muscles. Begin from the head and then end at the toes. Stretching can also ease your tight muscles. In order to allow this form of meditation to take place and get effective, your mind should be liberated from the cluttering thoughts. The process of visualization and music can also assist you. Listening to the calming music which has no lyrics is also a good way of meditation.
